This recipe for the Yoga Blend Smoothie is fantastic after a yoga or pilates workout and the mango and fresh strawberries are super refreshing in this smoothie mixture. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups quartered fresh strawberries 3/4 cup diced mango 3/4 cup chilled guava nectar 1/2 frozen banana, sliced 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract (optional) Ice (optional)
Ingredients: 1/2 cup soft silken tofu 1 1/4 cup pear nectar 1/2 cup frozen diced pineapple 1/2 cup frozen banana, sliced 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice Directions: Combine tofu and pear nectar first. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
